In Our Story This Week - He Said "Darling You Take Precedence "
This is a long weekend and for those who have it - enjoy.Yep this morning I went for a long walk and I was just as usual being grateful for all that I am ,loving caring,a great mom,friend,healthy etc etc and also being grateful for my friends and family and my job and the beautiful neighbourhood in which I live .But of course you know who I am very grateful for yep that's right "My Man" yes my sweet man. I am because he matches everything on the list I had made many years and more than one divorce after (yep he got all checkmarks and my list is very long. (lol)
Anyway another thing that makes him special is this which I remembered We were supposed to be getting together for the weekend sometime ago and he decided he would come to pick me up instead of me making my way there. So anyway that day he had a meeting and then he had to go help his mom with something and he would get me at about six. At about 5.30 or so he called to say he was running late and if I minded if I met him at his house instead of him picking me up. I was so looking forward to him coming to get me as we try to save as much time re commuting. So his times to drive for more than an hour to come get me meant a lot to me.Anyway I know what his schedule is and I also understand what running late is as I am the queen of late.He will tell you that I am usually always never on time -good or bad I don't know,he understands me though.
I guessed he sensed disappointment in my voice when I said "ohhh I was looking forward to having you pick me up but if you can't then I will compromise" he then said "darling I know what it means to you so you know what I will pick you up even if I am very late because you take precedence" Oh my God I thought that that was so sweet and special.I told him how special that made me feel.He said thanks and had that hot sexy half smile on his face which made me want to just ravish him mmmmmmmmhhhh! So he came I looked extra special for him and smelt extra specially good of course we had a super duper weekend.
I just love him, he is so delicious -My sweet man.
Girlfriends it is not always the "I love you or things being said to please you alone that show how a man feels about you,it is the action behind what he says and the way the action makes you feel.
So if you feel great then let him know !
